Delivery and Handover to the Customer
Before being delivered to our customers, our simulators undergo a specialized break-in and testing process to ensure that all components are functioning optimally and that the simulator is in perfect condition.
During the break-in, comprehensive tests are conducted to ensure that all movements and functions of the simulator run smoothly. This includes tests of the wheelbase, pedals, switches, and other components. If necessary, adjustments and calibrations are made to ensure optimal performance.
After the break-in period, the simulator undergoes a thorough functional test. Various simracing games and simulations are used to ensure that the simulator functions flawlessly in different scenarios and situations. Compatibility with various platforms and software is also tested.
After successful testing phases, the simulator is handed over to shipping. Once a delivery date has been arranged with the customer, our assembly team will simultaneously assemble and set up the simulator during delivery.
During the handover and briefing to the customer, it is necessary for the owner of the simulator to be registered as an administrator on the game PC. This provides them with full access to all functions and settings of the simulator. Our team will also provide comprehensive instruction on operating the simulator to the customer.
Our goal is to ensure that each customer receives a fully functional and optimal simulator. Through the break-in and testing process, we ensure that the simulator meets our high standards and provides a top-notch simracing experience.
