Quick Installation Guide for Setting Up the Motion System for Your Rig
The motion systems are all set up as plug-and-play!
The assembly of the motion simulators is incredibly straightforward:
You only need to bolt them onto your rig and connect the driver cables to the actuators. Then, you simply have to connect the USB cable of the driver cabinet to a USB port on your PC, plug in the power cable of the driver cabinet into the 220-volt outlet, load the software, and your rig will be transformed into a simulator, ready for an enjoyable experience to begin.
The Alignment
The attachment / installation
The fastening or screwing
The cable connection
Before the actuators can be bolted to the rig, the rig should be aligned straight and lowered by about 5 cm towards the center of the monitor (in terms of height). The reason for this is that the actuators move about 5 cm upward to the center position when starting.
This is done using the supplied aluminum angles or aluminum stop plates.
Angles or stop plates are to be connected using the supplied hexagon socket screws.
The actuators are connected/attached to the DCA using high-quality aluminum connector joints.
Here are the steps to set up your motion system:
Securely attach the actuators to your rig.
Connect the driver cables to the actuators.
Plug the USB cable from the driver cabinet into a USB port on your PC.
Plug the power cable from the driver cabinet into a 220-volt outlet.
Download the necessary software.
Calibrate the motion system following the instructions in the user manual.
Now you can use your rig as a simulator and enjoy the driving experience!
